How is the total POE consumption on the switches? Remember that each model can supply energy to the maximum it supports. If support was unable to help, I believe it is unlikely that you will find anything here.

Did you check if the behavior is the same on the wired network? If it works well for the other scopes, I hardly think it's a problem with the Wifi.

Well to be honest, from what you're describing this seems to be a Wifi signal coverage problem, there's not much you can do other than add more access points to cover the shadow areas. But I suggest that you hire a company to carry out a site survey on site, so that they can check what may be affecting your network and suggest appropriate improvements.

You need to have spanning tree enabled, because as you cannot use LACP, STP will block one of the ports to prevent network looping. The MX also does not support LACP and I configured STP on the switch and it worked as expected.
