Meraki MR and Catalyst APs in do indeed honor DSCP markings and map them to the appropriate Access Categories as per the PCP, DSCP, and WMM mapping. This behavior is consistent and does not require additional traffic shaping rules to be set on the SSID for it to function. https://documentation.meraki.com/MS/Other_Topics/QoS_%28Quality_of_Service%29 I know this document is from MS but the logic is the same. If you do not set any traffic shaping rules on the SSID, the Meraki solution will still honor the DSCP markings and place packets into the correct ACs. Unlike the Classic Cisco solution, Meraki does not provide a direct way to set a maximum AC for an SSID.
