3 APs disconnected earlier today. For some reason they don't come back online automatically. If I cycle the port the reconnect. If I wait long enough, eventually they may come online. Similar experience. I'm on 28.6.1 now. With no pattern at all, here and there I have APs that loose the connection. Before, they would regain fairly quick... 3-5 minutes. Also check for proper clear cover seating. Depending on the angle of the lens and the cover install, sometimes it can affect the IR. More than likely this is not it, but worth checking as well as I had it happen to me where the IR was bouncing off the cover. ... View more

Thank you and good link, but I don't think that's our case. Our APs experience loss of cloud connectivity throughout the year. Some weeks, some APs will loose and reconnect, other weeks none. It got a lot better with 28.6 (December 2021?). It may still happen, but a lot less often. Now with 28.6.1, it still happens on occasion, but the new issue I'm having now is that the AP will stay offline and I need to do a power cycle to bring it online. It varies by week for us (43 MRs, 28.6.1). Some weeks, no offline APs. Others, I'll get 1-5 in a day. Some regain connection quickly/automatically, others I have to cycle the port switch to reboot the switch. There is no pattern to it. Are you looking for a camera to embed within/inside the ATM? Or would a camera overhead/behind/side suffice?   How close are you looking to zoom? My guess is there might be some regulations on whether the camera can read the numbers on a card?
