Good morning, I need to unblock a user who has been blocked for more than 30 days and does not appear on the list. I have tried to add it manually but it does not work. It says page not available. Thank you
Try this:
Go to Network Wide > Clients
Open the drop-down next to the "Clients" title. It should say 'All' by default. Change the value to 'all clients with a policy'
Locate your client on the list and change the group policy.
the user appears but he gets connected offline, and the user leaves page not available when entering the internet
