organization no access, acces point stuck on organization

hello, i have an organization that i can not access anymore and in that organization it is one AP that i need in another place.i can not access the locked org, how can i take out the AP from that org? please let me know if it is a solution for this. Thank you.

thank you for your time and solution, but is not working. in that documentation i need to enter the organization, i can not do this. i can create other organizations but that one is locked. thank you again.

In this case you need another administrator of this organization to unlock you:

If there are no administrators left who can access the organisation then you need to contact support to verify that you are the organisation admin or the AP owner.  This might require the original order email etc.
