iPhones dropping off Wi-Fi

Phones have certificates and authenticate to Windows NAP servers, but randomly they drop off Wi-Fi. Devices are running iOS 17.6.1. MR version 30.7.

Do the devices have private MAC enabled? I suspect this is the issue.

Just checked and yes, they do.

I will disable and see how it does.

Thx

This can also be disabled via an MDM if the phones are managed.

Well, spoke too soon. It's still disconnecting. Anything else I can check?

Start by checking the timeline in dashboard.  If it says the client is leaving then it's definitely a client issue.  If it is some weird error number then it could be a myriad of problems.  Also check if the clients have good RSSI/SNR.

I've power cycled the APs and they seem to be holding connections now.
