Kind of a big deal

Are 802.11k and 802.11v enabled? If so, try disabling them.

How is the signal to clients?

Are there any interference detected on the network?

I recommend that you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

31.1.7 has been released and has this fix:

  • Clients disconnect with error code 17 (Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7 APs)
