The AP used in wireless networks is mr52, but the utilization ratios of 2.4G and 5G channels are particularly high. Channels and power configurations are automatically configured using Meraki. Users report that the Internet connection is slow, but the wired network is normal. What are the tools? Or methods to optimize my wireless network? thanks

Ap power  is automatic，about 8dbm to 20dbm

In general terms you probably need to move MR's closer to your users and adjust the power down a bit and maybe add more MR's.  I would study the RF spectrum and review the Air Marshal page too.  I am guessing you have a lot of neighbor AP's and you may want to choose channels manually based on what you see in RF spectrum as the best possible.
