Z4 Router POE Port

We have purchased a Z4 router and I can't get the POE port to work on the router. I had found on the forum that there was an issue with the firmware and have since upgraded the firmware to 19.1.7.1, but the POE is still not working. Does the POE port come default enabled? Could instruction be provided on how to check to see if the port is enabled?

I believe that bug exists in every release after 18.211.3. You will need to get support to downgrade to that for now. 

Unfortunately it's not listed in the release  notes.
