Wrong End User o MR Purchase

We put the wrong end user on the deal . Purchased the 3 MR36's and have had them beyond 30 days. We went to implement them and realized the error.

How do I re-associate these with the correct end user ?

If you have the Cisco SO and can prove ownership then reach to both your Meraki AM and support

Just register them into whatever org you would like to use them in.

True, but what about RMA support etc from Meraki if registered to the wrong end user?

I have dealt with a lot of "holding" companies, that own many other companies (especially multi-nationals).  They purchase in the holding company, but the kit gets registered into different dashboards with different company names.

 

I've never had an RMA questioned.  If I did, I'd just open another case.

 

It is in Meraki's policy - I've just never run into it being an issue.
