Where to get Guest User Report for Hotspot

HI Experts , 

We have Meraki Hotspot page similar to this 

Users just input the information  , then they can login and could access the network.

we want to see the user information and review as the report monthly as well.

we can't see those information inside dashboard , we have tried to access to network-wide -> user , but seem doesn't get enough info , can you help me on that ?

Looking at those splash pages, I would say they are being done by a third party, not Meraki.  You can probably work out who is providing it by looking at the Splash page configuration in the Meraki Dashboard.

If it is a third-party provider, you'll need to log into their system to get the info.

If I had to take a guess, this looks like the handy work of Splash Access.
