Video is freezing is happening while teams call. No issues in voice.
Are you sure its wifi related?Most times this is a wan related.
Do you have the same issues on wired connections?
Do you have enough wan bandwidth up and down? Like 2.5Mb free bw up/down each session
Are you running any kind of SD-Wan monitoring of applications and do you have traffic shaping enabled on the affected Wifi network?
Having the default traffic shaping rules should help.
I have problems with MS Teams calls when running 18.207 on an MX. Do you have an MX?
