Undocumented Bug affecting Z1 configuration in Meraki Dashboard

Meraki support/ development has decided not to publish or otherwise document a bug in Meraki dashboard that is affecting SSID configuration of Z1 devices (possibly other appliances).

The issue is that the Meraki dashboard is not displaying entire sets of configuration under the "wireless settings" tab. This includes all configuration for SSID. Additionally, the configuration page that does show up is horribly coded. It thinks you have changes to submit when there are none, and it wont let you change or alter any of the visible settings.

Meraki support confirmed that there is a problem that is "on the backlog" and offering an unspecified workaround that "forces it on the backend" and "may or may not work". We did not accept.

Luckily, we are API savvy and were able to manipulate the settings from the API using Ansible.

The documentation on the Ansible site for this is accurate, so anyone trying the same solutionshould start there.

The Z1 is about to go EOS in July so I wouldn't hold your breath for a fix. I don't think the same issue affects the Z3 or Z4 because I've not seen any reports of problems and the Z3 was very popular.
