Unavailable reports in MR

Hi, i want to create a unavaliable MR's report about the time that all MR's became unavaliable in the month, then calculate the percentage that it became unavaliable during the month, is there any way i can do that by API?

That API I think is what you need to get the data and then make the calculations. At least it's the closest possible solution I can find.
