Trusted access Wifi profile not showing in portal.meraki.com
Hi all ive followed the steps in this guide below to setup trusted access but when I authenticate in the portal with the number. I can not see the new Wifi SSID Profile for installing on the devices.

I believe the SSID is setup correctly for trusted access.

Hey @Daniel-GAC
What is the model of the device you are using to try to authenticate? Where are you confirming whether or not the profile exists? What happens when you attempt to connect to the SSID?

I have tried using both my Andriod phone and Windows laptop. As you can see from the screenshot on my phones, we have two old profiles but usually from what I can tell there should be another one that lets me install into on my phone.

Did you follow the steps mentioned specifically for Android devices with Hotspot 2.0 as well as provision owners?

I did yes, whats werid is it also does not show on my laptop as a profile to install.
