Hi
one of the Asus Chromebook user had faced "The network administrator has prevented you from using the network"
We already whitelisted his MAC-ID. Suddenly he faced that issue. We restarted device and his laptop was powerwashed.

Perhaps the end user removed/readded the SSID and their MAC changed due to randomization.
there is no random mac that us Asus chromebook laptop. checked thank you
What do you mean by "powerwashed"?
You can (essentially) factory reset a Chromebook via a "Powerwash" procedure: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183084?hl=en
