one of the Asus Chromebook user had faced "The network administrator has prevented you from using the network"
We already whitelisted his MAC-ID. Suddenly he faced that issue. We restarted device and his laptop was powerwashed.

Perhaps the end user removed/readded the SSID and their MAC changed due to randomization.
