Bonjour ,

Peux-tu nous partager les configurations du wifi qui est sous Meraki ?

Est-ce que la TV supporte seulement 2.4ghz ?

I see the manual for that TV states that it needs a good signal, more than 10Mbps connection and must be no more than 15m from the AP.  For the wired connection it says you need a shielded CAT7 cable, so it seems a bit picky!!!

Could be DHCP related perhaps the client is blocked on the dashboard via an override or firewall rule...  Use the packet capture capabilities of the AP and find out.... also check the setting of the network in depth...
