Splash page not redirecting on Android Device

Hi All,

I created a form on our web server that is used as the splash page when trying to access our wifi. Everything seems to work as expected, except on my android device I am not redirected to the pages we have designated as the continue page after connecting to the wifi. My colleague is redirect on his iOS device. (see screenshots below)

Anyone have any insight on this?

Does it happens with every android device?

We have our guest ssid with splash page and it works fine with Huawei P10 lite, adroid version 7.0.

Almost everyone in my office uses iPhone. I did try on my old ASUS tablet, but even more peculiar, I wasn't even brought to the splash page on that. Connected right to the WiFi.
