Splash page not redirecting on Android Device

Hi All,   I created a form on our web server that is used as the splash page when trying to access our wifi. Everything seems to work as expected, except on my android device I am not redirected to the pages we have designated as the continue page after connecting to the wifi. My colleague is redirect on his iOS device.
