You don't need an account to submit an RMA return request. In fact, I use incognito mode because if you are logged in, it sometimes causes issues by pre-filling unwanted data. Just go here in incognito/private mode in your browser: https://dashboard.meraki.com/rma
If you need a warranty replacement you will need to contact support though.
