Org Admin lost, how Network admin take over

Hi

My customer is using Meraki.

the problem is that, now the guy who holds Organiziation Admin has left company without letting anyone his password + account.

So, how Network admin can change his role to Org Admin?

You can't.

You must know what the persons company email address was who left the company.  Alias/forward that email address to the network admin.  Then perform a password reset on the Meraki Dashboard and log into their account and change the rights as required.

A good reason to have more than one org admin and a read-only admin as well. All should be tied to company owned email addresses.
