I need to order 7 year of Meraki Now services, however only 3 and 5 years seem to be available, and they can´t be added in sequence. Any experiences with this the community could share?

CCW indicates 1-60 months.  I tried 61 months and no go. I think this is just "the way it is", but I would reach out to Cisco or your distributor if you really need to make sure there is no way around this. I suppose they have a limit to how far in advance they feel they can predict costs and 60 months is it.

It may be that Meraki won't be offering such long support periods on those products than they do for the normal family.
