Pieter -
Here's what I ended up doing this morning and seems to be holding so far:
1. turned off 5G radios; didn't seem to make a difference
2. using Air Marshal, I enabled "Allow clients to connect to rogue SSIDs by default"
3. was able to find was SSID was getting contained; Microsoft's "Connect" feature in Win10 creates a temporary SSID with a MAC address, Air Marshal then contains it.
4. I whitelisted the WiDi MAC address from the laptop and viola, no more dropped connections.
5. I've whitelisted 3 more various flavors of laptops (Microsoft, Lenovo) and am having success with them all.
Kinda sucks this way, but at least we have a working solution for us. I do hope this helps and best of luck!
Take care,
Chad
