Are you able to explain more about your setup?
- what’s upstream from the AP? Is there a switch, firewall etc?
- where is the dhcp server?
- does the device authenticate?
- does the device get an IP address?
- if yes to getting an IP address can you ping your dns servers?
- if you can reach your dns servers where does a traceroute take you?
what troubleshooting have you undertaken yourself?
