Mac authentication for devices that cannot login

Hello,

How to configure authentication for wifi devices that are not able to login by itself.

Use a local user and password database in meraki dashboards? no radius.

Devices using its mac address as login.

Devices using its mac address as password.

Thanks for any help

These devices only have the option of connecting to an SSID, then somehow i need to allow (default is to block anything on the SSID IOTDevices) them via its mac address.

They are not capable to have pre-shared/passphrase settings set.

Needs to work like this, i guess.

1) I need to manually add their mac address somewhere locally (or Meraki picks mac up connecting to the SSID, then allow in a policy etc).

2) IOT device connects to SSID IOTDevices.

3) Merkai looks up IOT device in a mac database.

4) Merkai then allows IOT device to connect.

Any ideas??

The @PhilipDAth's idea is better.
