MX100: Devices stopped connecting to SSID

All of a sudden, some of our iphones, ipad and microsoft surfaces started showing this message on Meraki MX100 and couldn't connect:

Client made a request to the DHCP server, but it did not respond.

type='NO DHCP response' associated='true' radio='1' vap='1'

I even tried to change the device name, play through fake and real MAC address, reset network, forget SSID and anything else I would have done in the past, but still, no device could connect to the wireless SSID and show the splash screen.

Current version: MX 15.43

What wireless access points do you have, the MX100 is presumably hosting DHCP for some VLANs.

We are using MR30H and yes, the MX100 is hosting DHCP for some VLANS!
This problem appeared out of the blue. Didn't changed anything, just the last Friday Meraki stopped loading the splash screen on many of the appliances and nobody could connect through the wifi. Lan connections are still working perfectly and SSIDs without a splash screen are also working perfectly.
