MR-28 Software features that can be enabled via firmware updates

The datasheet says this AP's following features will be available after a software update:

 

DL-OFDMA**, UL-OFDMA**, TWT support**, BSS Coloring** UL MU-MIMO** 

 

What software version is that?

As far i know these features as part of the 802.11ax standard.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

so will they work out of the box or a software update is needed to 30.x?
