Latency Issue on MR36

Hello,

We have MR36 in our office.

We currently have latency issue everyday, rebooting the AP solve it for short period of time.
Workstations on LAN have no issue.

Anyone have a working solution for same.

Thanks

Yes, we are currently on stable version 30.7.1

I would think your workstations would be access ports (experiencing NO issues) while MRs are typically on trunk ports (with latency issues).  What does your uplink port config look like for the APs?

If I am tracking correctly, you show 1 native VLAN plus 5 other VLANs.  How many SSIDs are you using on this AP?  If it were me, I'd be inclined to prune ONLY the SSIDs being used to reduce the broadcast overhead.  Just my 2 cents.

If you ping another device connected to the AP what are the response times like?

Client to client pings over wifi with a good install should work well so if you are getting horrible ping times there is most likely an issue with your installation.

Did you do a site survey before installing the access points?

There is definitely an issue.
I was not there when the installations were done.

Are these clients using 2.4GHz or 5GHz?  How busy is the channel?  This could be caused by factors on the RF side.

Also, wireless latency will never be the same as wired.

We are using only 5GHZ with 20 MHZ channel
We have average 20-25 users per AP
