Issue with sharing xcode over wifi to apple TV

We have devs who are attempting to test their source code to an apple tv via their macbook pro.  Over our wifi, it will not recognize the Apple TV. 

When the Devs use a hotspot on their phone to connect their macbook to the apple tv it works without issue.  Any help is much appreciated.

Are you blocking peer to peer communications on your wireless? Are the devices on the same subnet when testing on your gear? If not maybe enable Bonjour Forwarding?
