We are looking for Meraki integration with G-Suite which would pull mac-addresses of the enrolled ChromeBooks into G-Suite to connect to Meraki WiFi SSID.

I don't really get it. Are you referring to ChromeBooks enrolled with Meraki Systems Manager? If so, you don't need to do anything special, you can use the built in certificate authentication.
I think he's talking about devices that are enrolled in G Suite's own device management, not SM?
There's these two ways to use the G Suite/Apps credentials to connect to the network if you don't want to or can't go the Systems Manager way (which would still be better).

The splash auth page would not work as our ChromeBooks are locked in kiosk mode with Citrix receiver only.
Our authentication into Google is configured with Okta SAML SSO.
I will request the support to enable "Google Apps 802.1X Authentication feature" for testing and provide the feedback.
Thanks,
@avshch can you change to using the Meraki MDM for your Chromebooks? This would solve your problem, because it can do automatic certificate deployment, and can then do WPA2-Enterprise authentication using the certificate - which requires no interaction from the user.
I will check internally but this would require re-enroll over 1K devices into Meraki MDM. It could be a little problematic.
Looking for some guidance. It appears you were in a similar situation we are. What was the best solution with your scenario?
We are not using Meraki Systems manager to control ChromeBooks.
