IP Address

Hi, I presently installed a Catalyst AP, and IP address stays as 10.10.1.1 (via DHCP) it only registers to the cloud if the VLAN is changed on the switch port, another AP was set with the same configuration but on another network and it comes up with IP address 192.168.10.10 and it registered fine. SSID is set in Bridge.

Hi @rodeddie , what is the Management network for the APs?  Is the switchport it’s connected to a Trunk with the Native VLAN configured as the management vlan?

Darren,

Regarding the Management Network can you indicate what info you need, and as for the switch port it's a trunk on VLAN 125.

Does your firewall show any traffic being blocked from the AP?

Is DHCP running on the native VLAN of the switch port?
