I have assigned static IP to MR-46, now it is showing SSID names as hidden-network, it is not connected in dashboard as of now.

Why it is showing hidden-network.

It's a Meraki setup SSID. Just put the AP on the dashboard and It will disappear.

Without an Internet connection, It will not work.

Orange	AP is booting
Blinking Blue	AP is upgrading firmware
Green	AP in Gateway mode with no clients associated
Blue	AP in Gateway mode with clients associated
Blinking Orange	AP can’t find an uplink

If you want to allow Meraki IP range, go to Marki Firewall info on the Meraki dashboard.
