How do I delete a user from the wifi

Hi,

Can I delete a user off the wifi without actually going to the device?

I don't want to block, I physically want to unlink them from the wifi, please.

I have found in Network-Wide and in Clients there is a forget, is this what I use?

Can someone help me, please?

Ian

That is for GDPR, it anonymises their details from the historical logs, it doesn't completely forget the client identifier.

Yeah II found that out now, but there is no way without going down to the client.  Its just I have lots of LG screens connected and I didn't want to go round them all disconnecting them 😞

It depends on how they are connecting.

If you are using per-user authentication (such as WPA2-Enterprise mode, splash page authentication with Meraki authentication, etc) you could just disable their account/deauthorise their account.

Otherwise, you can't do anything.

This is the #1 reason for using per-user WiFi authentication.
