How could I know the MR belong to which organization?

And who is the admin of that organization

You need to contact whoever you purchased the device from and ask them to remove the device from their Organisation.

Do you have access to your Meraki Dashboard and are you an Admin?

 

If so you can find who other admins are org inventory under

 

Organisation > Configure > Administrators/Inventory

I can't add the MR to my organization. It says:

The following devices are already in use
- x-TP6C-TH4Q

How should I do?

Contact your Meraki admin to search this serial in inventory and see logs menu for keyword "claim" to find related information on network it is in.
