Guest SSID users mix with splash pages and also users without

HI All,

For the guest SSID,  we have a mix from devices (guests)  that need to get redirected to to splash page en and devices that cannot handle splash pages. Is there a possibility to bypass the splash page for some users.

With aerohive, you can manage to do this with ppsk but for meraki I dont know yet.
