Error message “This network has been disabled” shows up

My customer updated 3Y license for MR last month and dashboard shows “License expiration Sep 2, 2022”. But suddenly the error in “This network has been disable” showed up today. 

Could someone advise how we can solve this issue?

Is there something in the network other than the single MR?
