Enterprise with Meraki Auth using Sentry issues with Windows 10 devices

I have an SSID setup to use Enterprise with Meraki authentication and the Systems Manager Sentry security feature.

 

I have tagged the appropriate devices in Systems Manager and they have all received the certificate issued.

 

Mac's are connecting to this SSID without issue while all Windows 10 PC's are stating "Cannot connect because you need a certificate to sign in"

 

any ideas?

Hi,

 

I would recommend checking the certificate if it is still valid and if it is installed on the Windows 10 device.

If you still have an issue, then probably call the Meraki support if there is any known issue with Windows 10 connecting to SSID using sentry.
