Do Per-Client SSID bandwidth limits work for Mesh AP's?

Doing some testing and it appears that they do not, in fact, work for clients connected to mesh AP's...

Works for me. Just tested it.

Gateway AP upstairs, repeater downstairs. Set client limit to 5Mbps. Connect iPhone to downstairs mesh AP, verified I'm connected to it via local status page, speed test = 5Mbps.

Thanks for double-checking me. Now to figure out why my per-client limit doesn't appear to be working!

Update: I'm an idiot. SpeedBurst was skewing my my tests.
