Data capping per user

I have a customer that purchased Cisco Meraki AP's and would like to implement a solution to cap amount of data a user use. Example:- They want to authorize user to use 2Gig data and when they reach their cap they need to purchase more data.

How can this be achieved with what Cisco Meraki can offer?
