Cisco AnyConnect client pops up when connecting to Meraki WLAN

We have four Meraki WLANs going. On one of the main ones, when users join, if Cisco AnyConnect VPN client is installed on their device, it pops up.
This isn't a big problem, but it's annoying. Why is it doing that? How can I stop it? The WLAN where this happens uses WPA2 encryption and AD authentication.

The hosts are Windows 7 laptops/PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment.

Thanks,

Your probably have AnyConnect Trusted Network Detection enabled.

Whoever administrators your ASA will have to adjust the policy to make it act like you want.

Thanks, but these are the older AnyConnect 3.1 clients. I've looked at both their configurations and the ASA's VPN settings and don't see Trusted Network Detection or anything that looks like it. Maybe with the 3.1 client it's something you can't turn off?
