I think the OP may be talking about daisy chaining MR30H's.
I think with today's functionality you may be able to do this if you don't need dot1Q trunking and a single SSID. Then you'd just put your access points in bridge mode and set the wired client handling to that SSID:

If that's what was meant then you're also going to have power problems. an MR30H needs 802.3AT power or else it will not offer power on its first LAN port. Additionally, it will only ever offer 802.3AF power on LAN1. So at most you can have two of these in a row before power breaks down and there's no power for a third 30H.
