CW9162I disconnected because the access point became unreachable

Hi, recently our customer purchased a CW9162I AP , for the last week they are complaining about disconnections. An error appears when checking the log client .

disconnected because the access point became unreachable

I must point out that I connected a test computer under the AP and it has not been roaming for several days

When checking the AP LOG  I don't see a drop, does anyone know the problem.

I believe this means the AP became unreachable for the client, which could be because the client is moving around or some other form of interference. There could also be a software bug on the AP or the client's nic drivers, it's hard to know without more data. Meraki Support may be able to quickly identify something if you give them a ring.
