Hello Guys,
I need a way out to set my SSID for staff to authenticate with their username and password before accessing the network. All that is clear to me is using a preshared key. Please help.

You can use Meraki Cloud authentication.

Thank you for the shared document. There is no radius server. Is there alternate way to still achieve this setup on the network?

What is "the network"? Active Directory, EntraID, or something else?

Is not Active Directly or EntraID. Looking for a way to just make staffs to enter their credentials whenever they want t access the wifi network so as to give me clear view of controlling and to secure the network from non staffs

To do this, you require a RADIUS server which has the ability to verify against the system which stores your staff credentials. For most enterprises, this will be Microsoft Active Directory.
Many people deploy Microsoft NPS (a free RADIUS server) which is integrated into their Windows Domain. This RADIUS server will receive authentication requests from the Meraki Access Point and perform the lookup against Active Directory.
Although the overall process isn't incredibly difficult, there are a number of changes and configuration steps to reach the end goal. You will have to assess whether it makes sense for your organisation or not.
