Are the approval pages that are shown to guest users and approvers translated in to the user's local language?
Not automatically afaik. More info here:

@GreggRevak I would say no just like most web pages aren't. If you have equipment deployed across mutiple sites that speak different languages you might want to speak to your account manager and submit a wish.
