Anyone know what happened to Splash Access?

Anyone know what happened to Splash Access?  Have been a customer of theirs for a good few years, but cant get hold of them at all recently.  no answer to emails, calls, or tickets logged on their help system.  Anyone got any recommendations for other providers like these guys?  I need a Secure Guest solution with rotating key updated via the API etc and splash page with basic name and email collection.

According to multiple official and industry sources, Splash Access merged with Purple WiFi on November 10, 2025.
This merger brought Splash Access under Purple’s global guest‑WiFi platform and operational structure.

yeah thanks i saw that, all the "contact us" "log a ticket" "support portal" links are just dead ends.  Emailed all the contacts I had and nothing either.  Trying their AI chat thing again now, lets see.

Thank you! called and left a VM and got an email response within a few minutes.  phew!  Good old fashioned phone call sorted it.

yeah just tried, the support bit on the purple site just provides an AI bot, I described my problem and it said i need to setup a purple account.  very confused.  i asked it to speak to someone and it said 'yeah fill in this form'..... i didn't get a form.

I've seen some people recommending Aruba ClearPass, but I personally don't know it.
