All APs/Networks went down

at around oct 17 5:44AM est , we got an email from meraki stating all networks and devices went down. they all use different ISP's so im guessing it was a meraki cloud update. did anyone see this as well?

Any firmware upgrade during that window ?

If not , I suggest to open a case with Meraki

I would say this is a false positive and that nothing went down.

You can check a history of outages here:

https://status.meraki.net/

I see nothing listed recently that would relate.

This doesn't mean the network was down it just means the device lost connectivity to the Meraki cloud...

Do you pipe all of the management traffic through your data center, any changes to your firewall in said data center or circuit changes issues egressing the data center?
