Access Point unreachble when on trunk(native vlan, vlan1, vlan2). Access port works
Have you configured Vlan ID for that Access Point ?
Go to Wireless -> Access Point -> Select AP -> Click on Pencil and enter Vlan. Also, make sure that routing is configured for that Vlan on the upstream devices.
