9800-CL unable to register to cloud

having issues with C9800-CL (Version 17.18.01) connect to meraki dashboard. the firewall is configured correctly and can send traffic to meraki cloud.

I'm not familiar with the C9800-CL monitoring in Meraki, as it is still very new.

Once you have initiated the Meraki service, did you claim the Cloud ID once it's generated, to the Meraki Dashboard?

Hi!

I was part of the EFT for Cloud monitored C9800-CL. My dashboard needed to have some special setting to support C9800-CL. Not only 17.18.1, you need dashboard support as well

I believe that you will have to wait to this to be activated once we release support for C9800-CL in the dashboard.

I have the same issue just give you "This order number does not match any records. " when you try to claim the Order.

Same issue - tunnel not established with "Config fetch init". Assumed it was live since the documentation was up.

Also same issue.  I get the Cloud ID but  its not possible to claim it in the org.  It states "This order number does not match any records."
The wlc status is -
Status: Retry fetching token
Error: Chassis not yet claimed in Meraki Dashboard. Cloud ID will expire at 2025-08-29 14:22:56
