2 SSID 1 VLAN

I have a SSID VLAN/ SUBNET  / DHCP pool (/4). an isolated environment

The SSID supports 2.4 and 5GHZ

some legacy devices per the vendor should be on 2.4 only.

Is it possible to create a new SSID ( supposedly Meraki support can enable 2.4 only config). that uses the same VLAN and DHCP pool.  I do not want to separate  these devices since they communicate to other LAN based systems on that VLAN for monitoring

Absolutely, if the DHCP is provided from the LAN and not the AP itself, if from the AP then I think not.
